You will play a key part within the Customer Care team, working with our customers every day to provide fabulous service through all our communication channels (phone, email, letter and social media) successfully resolving any queries and complaints whilst retaining their valued custom. Positions Available To meet our customers' demands during our peak trading period, we are looking to expand our team of customer agents. We have various contracts available from 16 to 38 hours. With the shorter contracts it is desirable that you will have the flexibility to increase your working hours in line with the needs of the business, up to a possible 38 hours a week. Please note this job will require some evening and weekend working.
