## Job description As Team Leader, you'll be a brilliant role model, actively leading team members and supporting the Store Manager to drive great customer experience. From the moment you open the store to the moment you cash up the till, you'll have the all-important task of making sure everything is running super smoothly on the shop floor and everyone is performing to the best of their abilities. By setting clear objectives, training, coaching, inspiring and offering helpful feedback to ensure the team is engaged and understands their responsibilities and targets. Through clear leadership, accountability and a passion for products, you'll deputise in the manager's absence, make key decisions and guide your team to delight customers and achieve objectives.
