Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping journey
Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability
Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism
Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stockroom organization
Promote store promotions and new arrivals to maximize sales potential
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and positive attitude
Qualifications
Previous retail sales experience preferred. enthusiasm is key!
Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities are a plus
Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities during peak seasons
Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales processing
Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the seasonal period
