SEASONAL MPA BUSINESS SPECIALIST

Reporting to our Allocation Manager, the MPA Business Specialist will support our Allocation and Planning teams during Holiday peak: managing reporting and allocation initiatives across our multi-channel organization. This role can work out of our Home Office in Austin, TX or remotely.Responsibilities:• Manage special replenishment needs for stores and e-commerce; entry of orders in system as well as creation of picklists for the distribution center• Promotional post-mortem to inform future events, full DTC channel.• Execute weekly reporting for full MPA team, shared company-wide• Manage key cross-functional meetings; ensure all action items assigned and completed• Provide weekly store-level reporting, on key metrics for all current and core product; analyze data to identify risks and opportunities and communicate to teams• Demonstrate a detailed level of collaboration with Distribution Center and 3PL to ensure orders are received in priority order to support trend and special initiatives• Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and remain accessible for all questions and suggestions on inventory, replenishment strategies, and current pricingOur Ideal Candidate Will Have:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience• 2+ years’ experience in inventory management for a high-growth company• A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, retail math and inventory management• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to dissect information and communicate impacts based on data• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to pivot in face-paced environment• A strong ability to build relationship with co-workers and keep others informed• Demonstrated experience working as a contributing partner on a larger team• A growth mindset: desire to learn, grow and embrace new ideas• A shared appreciation for our 3 core values of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy
