As a Seasonal Key Holder at BoxLunch & Hot Topic, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers who are passionate about pop culture. Your primary responsibility will be to support the store leadership team in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that fans can access the merchandise they love. In this position, you will be expected to provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty.
