As a Seasonal Fashion Stylist at Windsor, you will be the vibrant face of our brand, inspiring fashion enthusiasts every day. Your role goes beyond selling clothes; you will create unforgettable experiences for our customers while sharing your unique style and love for fashion.

What You Will Do:

Bring joy to our customers with a smile, creating a welcoming Oasis through our distinctive 4-step Selling Method. Showcase your fantastic fashion sense and passion for Windsor products, offering styling advice that boosts our customers' confidence. Take pride in maintaining the store's appearance, from arranging displays to keeping the space tidy, demonstrating your commitment to a positive shopping environment. Use your creativity to devise innovative approaches that enhance guest experiences. Exemplify integrity by consistently adhering to Windsor's policies and procedures. This role requires frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. Candidates must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Responsibilities also include accessing all areas of the store, operating necessary equipment, climbing ladders, handling merchandise or supplies weighing up to 25 pounds, and working various hours/days to support store operations. The work environment is fast-paced with varying indoor temperatures.
