The Specialist executes the overall non-exempt staffing strategy to ensure locations have the appropriate staff to meet business objectives and increase Employee Engagement. Maintains relationship with Candidates and/or Peers Supports, communicates and champions the Company’s nonexempt staffing direction Creates and posts job requisitions for multiple locations Creates and maintains Interview and Orientation schedules Answers general candidate questions Serve as initial point of contact for Hiring issues from askHR Creates offer forms and processes high volume of candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work as a team and effectively interact with others Ability to quickly react and change direction as needed Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information regarding candidates Basic Computer Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office
