I have worked with another sewer for the past 4 years who I adore dearly and am very close with, however, they do not possess the technical skills or professionalism I am looking for in order to take this to the next step. I am looking for someone who is passionate about their work and who takes pride in whom they work with. You will definitely be treated like family and we will work together closely some days while you work alone most, so having your own machine and studio space is necessary. Also being able to commute to my place once every two weeks or so would be great so we can go over patterns and the workload. I am in the midst of transitioning into an e-commerce business so I will need someone who can bear with me as I figure this out, especially during quarantine, some weeks will be lots of hours and some weeks will be none.
