Responsibilities

Construct garments from initial design sketches through final stitching, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Operate and maintain sewing machines, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth production flow.
Collaborate with designers to interpret design specifications and translate them into finished products.
Manage fabric cutting, sewing, fitting adjustments, and finishing details to meet precise standards.
Assist in developing new patterns and prototypes, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain an organized workspace in the manufacturing or warehouse setting, adhering to safety protocols.
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure garments meet aesthetic and structural standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in garment construction and sewing machine operation.
Strong knowledge of sewing techniques and fabric handling.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, patterns, and design specifications accurately.
Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision craftsmanship.
Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
