As a Scrum Master, you will promote the delivery of a portfolio of Digital & AI plans for the "Trinity" portfolio across the globe. About the Job \- Lead daily Scrum - help the team with goals and achieve objectives sprint- to-sprint \- Work with the Product Manager to align the team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information \- Ensure the teams have a healthy backlog by working with the Product Manager (E.g., creation of a priority sequence of epics, stories) \- Ensure that projects are successful in delivering value and that each project follow time frame guidelines \- Lead one or more Agile scrum team(s) following the defined Agile methodologies using Scrum, TDD, Kanban and XP \- Track and remove impediments for the team as quickly as possible \- Communicate early and often within the team and with partners \- Measure team sprint success by using standard sprint metrics and drive team efficiency and productivity improvement through data points; Coach on increasing team productivity by analyzing metrics (e.g. burndown, velocity, burn-up, cycle time) \- Identify risks and dependencies, both internal and external to the team \- Create a documentation repository: maintain up-to-date project documentation, shared globally and conforming to global standards \- Be a process promoter: Coach team members using Agile Principles to help team in agile process \- Organize cross team collaboration with the our teams to understand requirements and desired outcomes to production issues \- Handle difficult issues. \- Bachelor's degree \- 5+ years project management experience \- 5+ years working with technical teams in apparel or data and AI solutions \- Experience with Agile project management and familiar with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams \- Experience working with global IT and product teams \- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a matrix project organization
