Coordinate and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient store operations. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for all store employees. Communicate schedule changes and updates to team members in a timely and effective manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to scheduling and time-off requests.
