SAP Project Manager (Fashion Industry – ECC) Greensboro, NC Job Type: 12 Months ContractWe are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP ECC implementation and support within the Fashion and Apparel industry. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP ECC implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects across various business units within the fashion domain.Collaborate with stakeholders from design, production, merchandising, retail, and supply chain teams to align SAP solutions with business processes.Develop detailed project plans, define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Manage project governance, risk, and quality assurance processes.Coordinate with SAP functional and technical consultants for configuration, testing, and deployment.Drive integration between SAP ECC and fashion‑specific systems such as PLM, POS, WMS, or eCommerce platforms.Ensure effective communication between business teams and IT, translating functional requirements into technical deliverables.Oversee change management, user training, and post‑go‑live support activities.Report project progress, key risks, and issue resolution status to senior management and stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of total SAP experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management.Strong background in SAP ECC (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, and WM) modules.Proven experience managing SAP projects within the Fashion, Apparel, or Retail industry.Excellent understanding of end‑to‑end fashion business processes — from design and sourcing to production, sales, and distribution.Experience with integration of ECC with PLM, POS, and eCommerce platforms.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.Seniority Level Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type ContractJob Function Information TechnologyIndustries IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
