SAP HCM Technofunctional, Senior Analyst

The applicant must have a sound understanding of SAP ECP processes and must be hands-on with SAP Functional and Technical Support, including but not limited to ECP Configuration, Process Models, Payroll Operations, Schemas, Canada and US Payroll. Has HR and Payroll functional and technical knowledge to interact with business and internal teams Understands SAP HR and Payroll functionality and the technical landscape that supports it Understands SAP HR-ABAP programming and the basic tools that help support the SAP ECP landscape Understands how to take business requirements and convert to technical requirements Has developed or managed development of SAP HCM interfaces, conversions, reports, enhancements, forms and workflow objects; has hands-on knowledge of SPRO layout, payroll schemas and rules, including configuration and development components Comfortable with testing standard and custom objects, setting up test scenarios and completing UAT requirements Can meet production Payroll support requirements as needed, including overnight and weekend support Proficient in Excel, SE16 in ECP and data reconciliation techniques such as VLOOKUP, PIVOTs Enforce data integrity through regular audits and data transaction best practices Trains leaders, associates and HRBP community on system functionality and supporting processes for new and existing system deployments Proactively explores and identifies new system features or functionality and vets with clients and executive teams as needed (including the validation and enablement of new releases Documents functional requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, System Administration Guide and ‘how-to’ instructions for point solution(s) as assigned Must support Workforce Time and Attendance processes as needed Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, OR a related technical field preferred and at least 5 years of experience in HR ABAP development or ECP Configuration or both, and troubleshooting SAP ERP HCM (Human Capital Management) functionalities 6+ years in the SAP domain Hands on experience in SAP ECP Configuration and working knowledge of HR-ABAP development 2+ SAP US Payroll implementations; Knowledge of Canada Payroll is desirable Knowledge about Payroll Schemas and how custom payroll functions are embedded into it Understanding of HR Payroll Execution Process, Finance tables and transactions as they integrate with SAP Payroll At least two years of Production Support experience for system and operational activities across the extended HR System portfolio Experienced with SAP HR upgrades Experienced using LSMW, SAP Query Experienced in EXCEL Knowledge of Workforce Time and Attendance software is a plus Our Competencies for All Employees Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air; doesn’t have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
