As a Sample Room Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes—helping manage product samples, supporting ecommerce photography operations, and ensuring teams have everything they need to bring products from concept to customer.

📦 What You'll Do

As a Sample Room Coordinator, you will support daily studio operations and ensure product samples are organized, tracked, and ready for photography and creative projects.

Responsibilities include:

Receive, check-in, organize, and maintain production samplesManage and update sample inventory records and tracking systemsMaintain an organized Sample Library and identify missing productsPrepare products and samples for photoshoots and ecommerce photographySupport product pulls, photo queues, and shoot preparationCoordinate shipping, tracking, receiving, and organization of studio materialsMaintain reporting related to sample deliveries and timelinesPartner with Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and internal teamsBuild strong relationships with internal and external partnersSupport prop and product management processesEnsure all deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and quality
