SAMPLE COORDINATOR - HYBRID

Be responsible for unpacking, hanging, re-tagging, checking-in, and packing samples for various categories on a regular basis Update appropriate departments when samples are shared/sent and checked back in Maintain knowledge of location and status of samples at any given time throughout the seasonal process Develop tools to track samples and effectively communicate with other workgroups Manage appearance of samples at all times Assists in all areas of production when needed Manage sample space within M&D, storage closets, etc Move samples in timely manner as seasonally appropriate Steam and hang all samples on receipt as required by sample type Sort and prep samples for various seasonal activities Seasonal turnover of showrooms and storage areas Set up and maintain showrooms for key account meetings, major milestone meetings i.e GSS, FLA, PLR Clear and constant communication with Merchants / Marketing counter parts on sample ETA’s Catalog Prep – prepare shot list, organize all samples for catalog and editing teams, and ensure racks are assembled and readied for efficient execution by the photo team Catalog Flats Organize and steam post-FLA samples for photoshoot Create shot lists for photo studio to follow Submit retouching requests for photoshop on incorrect samples Track late samples and submit as needed (following above steps) Manage and update during key weekly meetings
