Sample Coordinator- Fashion Brand

The Sample Coordinator will be responsible for tracking all samples accurately, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the seasonal collections. The position requires close collaboration with the Merchandising team to review seasonal samples, ensuring that all items meet the brand's standards and requirements. The Sample Coordinator will partner with the Merchandise Coordinator to monitor inventory delivery to the warehouse, ensuring that all samples are accounted for and available for use in the showroom and for photoshoots. Responsibilities • Ensure all samples are tracked correctly , • Review seasonal samples with Merchandising team , • Turning over, encoding, pulling and returning samples , • Arranging the showroom , • Organizing samples in the library , • Helping with creating shot records , • Manage stills of all sample by category , • Partner with the Merchandise Coordinator to monitor inventory delivery to warehouse
