A few of your responsibilities: • Receive packages to check-in, track, and distribute different stage samples and submits for the Production team to review and pass off to studio. • Request all AD Samples from international vendors. • Maintain an organized production WIP for AD and TOP samples and shipping tracking chart. • Manage and organize TOP samples, maintaining status and location of specific samples at any given time. • Review TOP samples with production team to flag any concerns to quality or construction.
