VICI is an e-commerce company that sells quality, affordable, on-trend clothing for the contemporary woman. · Confirm samples for fit, quality, color; accurately document and communicate sample discrepancies to the Buying Team · Organize and maintain the LA Merchant sample area in the office. · Assist with buying meetings: check in vendors, maintain vendor LA studio appts, receive in-coming drop off samples as well as pickups with vendors. · Manage collection of spec sheets from vendors for Copy team · Work cross functionally with merchants, marketing, influencer team and studio sample coordinator · May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company. · Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and work effectively in a team environment.
