A women's contemporary apparel brand is seeking a full time Sample Coordinator. In the position you will be responsible for maintaining the master sample roster and will be the point person regarding all incoming and outgoing samples. This position will be extremely hands on with the product but will also require basic administrative duties including data entry. Responsibilities: Track samples through each phase of development Manage and maintain sample library across multiple seasons and vendors Manage the distribution / return of samples
