Our client, a sustainable denim brand based in San Francisco, is looking for a Sample Coordinator to join them for a month starting in February! Please apply only if located within the San Francisco area as this role requires onsite work.Responsibilities: Data entry and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems Responsible for organization and labeling of samples Act as a conduit of information, materials, and samples to regions and cross-functional teams Steam and prep samples for various shoots Create and maintain line plans/matrix and communicate the plan with key cross-functional business partners Attend shoots for additional support Assist with targeted consumer and competitor research via market shopping and fashion publications May be responsible for sample organization and management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field 1-2 years of experience in apparel merchandising Strong knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Passion for product with a consumer-centric mindset Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Effective communicator Extremely detail-oriented Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
