Position Summary:This position is responsible for driving sales, brand loyalty and brand recognition through both new business and existing business development across channels within established territory. Job Description:-Achieve sales plan through retention and growth of existing and new business engaging professionals in Aveda brand sell-through. - Actively engage service providers to embrace Aveda brand stories and recommend Aveda products to drive sell-through in salon and through professional influencer platforms. -Drive new business activities and open new accounts across channels within territory -Develop and maintain a strong new business pipeline, proactively plan for risks-Create authentic and collaborative business relationships with teams across channels utilizing the ecosystem to support growth plans via increased referrals from Experience Centers and department stores, placement of students in Aveda network, and Omni-channel coordination of promotional activities and on-line opportunities.
