Role Description This part-time, on-site Salesperson role is based in Auburn Hills, MI. The Salesperson will welcome customers, provide styling guidance, and support them in selecting apparel that reflects Ann Taylor’s brand and meets their wardrobe needs. Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to engage guests, understand their needs, and provide confident, style-focused recommendations.Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with store teammates and leadership.Basic retail operations skills such as cash handling, POS system use, merchandising, and inventory awareness.Time management and organizational abilities to balance multiple customer interactions while maintaining store standards.Attention to detail and a strong sense of personal style aligned with Ann Taylor’s brand aesthetic.Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Prior retail or fashion sales experience is helpful but not required; a willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing environment is essential.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
