Job Summary The Sales and Training Executive is responsible for the management and performance of Shiseido's business in their assigned territory doors. Works one on one with new and experienced Beauty Consultants (in-store) on developing Beauty Method skills, customer attraction and development skills, product merchandising, and counter maintenance. Works with Training Executives to develop training strategies for account groups. Inventory Management By Door, plans, monitors, and maintains sufficient inventory by stock keeping unit, brand, and category to support achievement of net and retail sales objectives.
