This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Chattanooga, TN. Qualifications • Strong Team Management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. • Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to create a positive shopping experience. • Prior retail or leadership experience is preferred. • A passion for Southern culture and familiarity with the brands and products carried by Palmetto Moon is a plus.
