Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:

You are accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp activities and strategies to include Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp operations, and general operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales: Greets and assists customers in finding products, delivering outstanding customer service; demonstrates customer service behaviors consistently; actively listens to customer issues in a calm and agreeable manner to resolve problems; actively promotes company products and services; partners with team members effectively.The Enterprise Fulfillment position involves supervising the application for fulfillment systems, selecting merchandise orders, and verifying their completion within the system. It also requires properly packaging orders based on packaging criteria and timelines, along with efficiently managing Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store operations.Contributing to the efficient running of operations, workers at jcp fulfill key responsibilities in handling orders and maintaining systematic records.Assists merchandise associates/assistants in replenishing store inventory or independently restocks items from stock; takes part in the annual inventory assessment.Performance Standards: Consistently meets the established standards of performance, covering essential areas such as shrink management, safety protocols, Omnichannel proficiency, customer satisfaction, profitability, task efficiency, and attendance regularity.
