Multi-million dollar company of kids apparel products is seeking a Sales Coordinator/account manager. Rewrite new customer POs and enter them into ERP Review entered orders for issues with packing or divisibility, follow up directly with customers to correct and resubmit orders Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Manage customer master data, ensure all information is correct regarding customer Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems Monitoring, organizing, and updating relevant data regarding monthly sales and purchase orders.
