Sales Support / Customer Service Representative, HYBRID

Customer Service Representative/Sales Support (Midtown) This is a full-time customer service position in a busy textile company. The customer service representative provides customers and the sales team with quick and accurate service in a professional manner, including but not limited to; orders, product information, pricing and resolving issues. Responsibilities: Respond to product inquires, requests for pricing, ordering and order status Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly Servicing both internal and external customer requests via phone and email Receive, review and process orders Investigate, document and resolve issues Performs other duties as described by Supervisor Requirements: Education – Bachelor degrees or high school diploma with experience Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Strong decision making, organizing, detail orientation, analytical and conflict resolution skills Experience with Microsoft Office Experience working in a windows environment with multiple applications and navigation between Experience working with an AS400 program a plus Proof of vaccination Expectations: Demonstrate a positive attitude of cooperation and respect Work well independently as well as part of a team Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed Actively participate in team meetings Proactive approach to problem solving The hours for this position are 8:30am -5:00pm from Monday - Friday. Hybrid position: 2 or 3 days in office, rest is work-from-home Benefits include: Optional health care plans - medical for full-time employees after 3 months.
