Company Description: Trendy and Modern Jewelry BrandLocation: Bal Harbour, Florida Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day store operations Coach employees by giving feedback Ensure all policy and procedures are followed through Support and deliver in the moment training Assist in conducting team meetings with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager Work towards sales & KPI targets to motivate stylist team Regularly update staff on business performance, and new initiatives Ensure all Employees are upholding customer service to the highest standards Generate a top client book and retain current clientele with communication and follow up Resolve customer queries and complaints when required Assist with training the team to be Brand Ambassadors through product knowledge Requirements: 2+ years retail supervisor experience Luxury sales experience is a plus Excellent organizational and planning skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead a team Solution focused Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
