The role of the Bloomie’s Stylist is to inspire customers to purchase with expert styling and fashion advice, introducing them to the product and engaging them in a way that makes them want to return to the store. This seller is fashion-engaged and highly knowledgeable about trends, brands and products-- and how to style and sell them. The Stylist works with customers both in-store and online, walk-in or by appointment. • Participates in all service and product education to maintain expert knowledge and support the Bloomie’s customer centric culture.
