Sales Stylist

As a Retail Stylist, you will promote sales by providing expert knowledge, superior service, styling, merchandising, and building strong customer relations with our coveted clients. These customers become friends for life! Candidates with strong passion for retail sales and a vibrant personality who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.

Must be available to work Saturdays. No evenings. No Sundays. In-Store ONLY, no remote positions. Merchandise discounts! Competitive salary and benefits. Bonus program.

Responsibilities

Greet, welcome, and style customersIdentify clients’ needs and help them find clothing items that fit their style and body typeAbility to learn and convey each brands’ styleOffer personalized styling tipsPick and recommend shoes and accessories that compliment clients’ outfitsAnswer customers’ questions about specific brands or stylesInform customers about fashion trendsSuggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looksEnsure proper product presentation and stock replenishmentStay up-to-date with new products/services

Skills

Understanding of the retail sales processKnowledge of inventory stocking proceduresTrack record of achieving sales quotasExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships with customers, as well as team membersAble to work as a teamA true commitment to excellent customer service

Qualifications:
