About the Role: As our Sales & Styling Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the boutique—responsible for driving sales through expert outfitting, building lasting relationships with clients, and leading your team by example. Key Responsibilities: Build and retain a strong clientele through personalized styling, outreach, and follow-upDrive daily and weekly sales goals through strategic outfitting and product storytellingLead by example in delivering an elevated client experience at every touchpointCoach, develop, and inspire your team on styling trends, selling techniques, and brand voiceCollaborate with leadership on merchandising, events, and in-store marketing efforts
