We’re looking for a Full-Time Sales & Styling Manager to elevate the client experience at our boutique through personalized styling, strong leadership, and a love for trend-driven retail. About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Build and retain a strong clientele through personalized styling, outreach, and follow-upDrive daily and weekly sales goals through strategic outfitting and product storytellingLead by example in delivering an elevated client experience at every touchpointCoach, develop, and inspire your team on styling trends, selling techniques, and brand voiceCollaborate with leadership on merchandising, events, and in-store marketing efforts
