Sales & Styling Manager

Uniquities is a boutique that specializes in unique, ready-to-wear brands and premium denim, and features an edited mix of emerging & established designer clothing and accessories. We’re looking for a Full or Part-Time Sales & Styling Manager to elevate the client experience at our boutique through personalized styling, strong leadership, and a love for trend-driven retail. About the Role: Key Responsibilities: • Build and retain a strong clientele through personalized styling, outreach, and follow-up • Drive daily and weekly sales goals through strategic outfitting and product storytelling • Lead by example in delivering an elevated client experience at every touchpoint • Coach, develop, and inspire your team on styling trends, selling techniques, and brand voice • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying opportunities for growth • Collaborate with leadership on merchandising, events, and in-store marketing efforts What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in retail sales with a strong emphasis on styling and customer relationships • Passion for fashion and the ability to coach others on emerging trends and outfitting techniques • Natural leader who thrives in a client-first, goal-oriented environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on approach
