If you are informative and organized and looking for a new opportunity in a support center, we have the opportunity for you. • Daily use of a CRM for the purpose of working fund drives and sales partnerships. • Answering inquiries regarding clothing drive fundraisers and partnerships • Coordinating preferred dates and times for follow up. • Work new marketing leads requests for information clothing drive fundraisers (Phill the Box) • Work with Support Center Manager and Sales/Fundraising Senior Director to ensure processes are complete. • Responsible for outbound calling or contacts of a minimum of 100 per week (how many leads per day or Right Party Contacts) • Responsible for 1-3 new partners, estate sales or businesses weekly • Maintain working knowledge of the program with weekly sales team call.
