SALES RESEARCH & DEVELOPEMENT MANAGER (HYBRID)

As a Sales Research & Development Manager, you are responsible for sales prospecting and lead generation for Lands’ End Business Outfitters. You are responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for the sales teams. You are responsible for developing targeted prospect lists including appropriate contact information, size of opportunity and business details in order to funnel leads through Salesforce to the appropriate sales teams. Effectively partner with varying cross-functional teams and leads project management responsibilities for a successful submission of RFPs; including content development, financial signoffs, legal signoffs, coordinating with creative for final asset development, knowledge management, and general process improvements as the business grows and evolves. Strong history of success identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Demonstrated success building strong customer relationships with the ability to build rapport over the phone Ability to create an effective plan to maximize territory potential for a sales team Strong communicator and excellent active listening skills Strong sales analysis and reporting.
