You will be required to coordinate printing of creative materials, compiling necessary shipments and understanding internal customer business requirements and how they relate to Lands’ End processes, supporting your customer with other tasks as needed. You will manage relationship and communication between cross-functional partners and internal customers. May work on special projects/other duties as assigned Skills Communicator with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationship. Ability to identify & implement innovative operational processes Experience in effectively collaborating and communicating with internal customers and cross functional partners in a friendly, easy-to-understand and efficient manner, consistent with Lands' End philosophies.
