Job Description: Pull Scorecards Pull Fashion Selling by Store and Identiy Best Sellers Enter Sales Info into Weekly Selling Report (Finance) Buys >> PRs >> Blankets – submit & make sure all aligns ECOM Buys >> PRs >> Blankets (Separate Team) Booking Sheet – updated for every buy received Spec Sheet - ECOM Quotes Stores – Completed in Retail Link for each ADS Sheet Received Send Data Syncing to Attributes after Item #’s are created Item # creation – pulled from Retail Link Enter PO #’s into CTL system Process EDIs– ensuring all POs match buy/shipping plans SSO all Fashion Overages to Stores to utilize inventory via WMT Rep Manager Review Sales by Store in order to ensure they warrant the need of addt’l inventory Manage Marketing/Ad Samples Costing Sheet – Develop Sell Prices each Season to maintain our MG expectations (SV & Scoop) Track Markdowns Maintain PO Tracking Sheet / Planned Ships of all Programs Purchased Enter all brand's info into Buy Sheet (MSRP, Ship Point, Retail Etc) and send back to buyer Make sure all POs sent via email are sent to Production Teams for info to be printed accordingly Provide # to Production to be printed on all Cartons Work with Customer Service on EDIs being accepted into system & at correct costs Help to get Exts where needed from Buyers Help to move up ships when possible to increase Monthly/Quarterly Ships
