​Our client, a well-known work wear company, based in DTLA is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team! The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for acting as a liaison between the sales team and the production team to ensure a quick and enjoyable buying experience for customers. Responsibilities: Work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams to create marketing collateral for the B2B sales team Assist with order processing, scheduling, ordering, customer service inquiries, account set up, and data entry Pull analytical reports and present findings to the team Manage projects, timelines, identify issues and present adjustments to improve processes Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficient in MS Office Suite Graphic Design experience is a plus
