Ambi Studio (www.ambistudio.us) is an exciting, quickly growing fashion and beauty brand development and manufacturing company. Ambi Studio is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Operations Coordinator / Manager to assist with our growing in-house portfolio of start- up fashion brands and private label business (women’s apparel, men’s apparel, shoes). This critical, cross-functional role integrates sales account management, operations, and production, and is ideal for the person that thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, hard-working / no frills environments. • Setup new clients and manage day-to-day client communication, including requesting all materials (patterns, raw materials, tech packs, etc), shipping samples, and collecting client feedback for all jobs • Prepare materials for client jobs and shipments, including internal job documents, hangtags, swatch cards, product feedback forms, etc • Create and submit invoices to clients upon job completion • Maintain the master WIP / Job Tracker, including creating new job entries and inputting job status updates, and meet with the team 2x per week to review new jobs and status of existing jobs • Prepare and pass off new job and style information / materials for samples and production, working with the team to ensure all jobs are completed on time and to client specifications • Create and submit new production orders and cut tickets • Manage raw materials inventory and place orders as necessary with vendors to ensure all materials needed for samples and production are in-stock
