Job Summary
Are you a go-getter who loves fashion, people, and sales? We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven team member with strong integrity, a keen eye for detail, who wants to grow beyond a traditional retail role and learn what it takes to run a successful specialty retail business.
You’ll work closely with our Store Manager during our fast-paced prom season, gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, team leadership, and store operations.

Drive individual and store sales goals
Style customers and create an exceptional shopping experience
Build relationships and confidently close sales
Support and train team members
Assist with merchandising and inventory
Help manage busy appointments and daily store operations
Take initiative and help solve problems as they come up
Learn about fashion trends, designers, and product selection

Previous sales, fashion, bridal, prom, or specialty retail experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. Your attitude, work ethic, and ambition matter most.
