This Position:

We are seeking a motivated Sales + Merch Team Member to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will assist with sales shifts, merchandising, inventory management, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and will be eager to contribute to both our sales team along with merchandising tasks and providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Job Description:

Assist in exceeding customer expectations by following our T-H-R-E-A-D standards.
Help maintain visual merchandising standards by supporting the setup and upkeep of product displays.
Ensure timely replenishment of products, assist with markdowns, and keep the sales floor organized and fully stocked.
Support in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom with products, props, and fixtures.
Effectively manage your time to prioritize tasks, ensuring all duties are completed efficiently.
Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative work environment while supporting the overall customer experience.
Represent and support the company brand, always acting in alignment with our values.

Job Requirements:

1+ years of experience in fashion retail.
Reliable transportation and the ability to work at multiple store locations.
Ability to travel to and from various stores in one day.
