Sales Manager Trainee (SMT) is an experienced retail/sales consultant specifically hired, developed, and mentored for a sales leadership role in the market. He/she will be quickly developed to manage a high-volume showroom in the market and gradually grow into a market leadership role. SMT will learn our culture and business practices working alongside a development manager while being mentored by one of our senior managers. The ideal candidate needs multi-year consultative sales and management experience and the drive and maturity to advance into a market leadership role. Training will be tailored to best set-up the SMT for long-term success within Blinds To Go.
