Sales Manager Job Description • - Overseeing the sales team, client experience, daily operations within the store • - Leader for the team in regards to communication, creativity, passion for personal development and sales • - Passion for driving sales through the client experience • - Attention to detail, communication skills, management skills, time management • - Promote positive environment • - Act as host of the store Responsibilities • - Leading and managing giving feedback to the sales team (stylists) • - Driving for results from knowing the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales budgets • - Managing guest experience and team on the floor daily, host of store • - Customer Service/ Solutions/ guest feedback • - Reporting - reports on sales, refunds, client list, sales history, Heartland check inventory to be able to make powerful selling suggestions and decisions, see history and avail of product, fix sales tickets • - Client telling - help stylists build relationships and coaching on their interactions. The Sales Manager must be able to lead a team. Most of the position will require constant movement and, at times, standing for long periods of time.
