Role Description Qualifications • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with both team members and clients • Proven Sales skills, including the ability to meet targets and drive store performance • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure their development and success • Sales Management expertise and ability to oversee daily operations and implement sales strategies • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Prior retail experience, especially in the fashion or apparel industry, is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
