Sales Leader EDIT by Elaine Turner – Houston, TX Company Overview: EDIT by Elaine Turner is a new, advanced-contemporary retail store and website opening in Houston, Texas, in September 2023. This person will be responsible for driving sales, clienteling, and personal service for the store and website. Drives the sales results of the store and website and ensures delivery of the highest level of customer service, appearance and sales Facilitates the execution of the annual budget, and leads the team to ensure budgeted sales and profit goals are achieved Leads staff to ensure highest company standards Seeks opportunities to continuously improve sales and service Develops and fosters growth of brand and marketing concepts Drives sales through planning and execution of marketing strategies through the website, social media, and store events. Requires a College degree Requires at least 3 years of luxury fashion sales and clienteling experience Requires an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Basic Retail Financials and extensive POS system skills Requires excellent time management skills Demonstrates knowledge of product, quality, and retail operations Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner including executive team, partners and a diverse group of hourly associates Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and correspondence, as well as converse comfortably with customers Requires some flexibility in hours, as well as participation in store events on nights and weekends Experience in the luxury fashion retail industry is required: 3 years
