We are looking for a motivated Sales Lead to support daily operations, inspire the team on the sales floor, and help drive results through exceptional styling and service. The Role What You’ll Do • Lead by example by delivering exceptional styling, service, and authentic customer connections • Support opening and closing procedures and help maintain smooth daily operations • Motivate and guide sales associates to achieve store goals and elevate performance • Create memorable experiences customers cannot stop talking about • Maintain strong product knowledge and assist with training and onboarding new team members • Assist with merchandising, replenishment, organization, and maintaining visual standards • Help maintain a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture • Support store events, clienteling, and relationship building with loyal clients Expectations • Drive sales through styling expertise and strong customer service • Stay flexible, adaptable, and solution focused in a fast paced retail environment • Provide feedback, ideas, and insights to leadership to help grow the business • Represent Pretty Please Collective’s values through professionalism and teamwork Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
