A Sales Lead is an outgoing member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership. · Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales · Performs all other duties as assigned · Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
