A Sales Lead is an outgoing member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership. Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks Cash register efficiency.
