Perform routine customer site audits to ensure inventory is listed and sellable with correct imagery and item content Manage thousands of ecomm items and pull together succinct recaps of current site issues Support item setup process, writing copy, organizing product details, fabric content and features, as well as packaging callouts Manage sample requests and receival, keeping style trackers and maintaining showrooms/closets Coordinate with design and sales teams on product updates and trend direction Assist design team with updating CADS and preparing samples for meetings Update line sheets and competitive shopping reports after performing extensive market research Prepare sample tags and trackers to submit samples to customer for imagery Organizing records and create binders of fabric submits/approvals Perform trend research for upcoming season and assist in purchasing samples / organizing racks Provide general support duties as needed (ie. Skills and Requirements Matriculated in a Bachelor’s degree program Team player with the ability to handle high stress work environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills Proficient with the following programs: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Advanced Excel and Power Point Knowledgeable/capable of learning Excel (VLookup/Pivot Tables) Proficient on Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat/Illustrator) Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve business challenges
