Sales Floor Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining strong communication between the sales floor and management, and managing inventory needs to support a seamless shopping experience. • Supervise, motivate, and support sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals. • Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback. • Exceptional customer service and the ability to foster long-term client relationships. • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic reporting tools (experience with Shopify is a plus, but not required).
